Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

Contact us at support@orihimefashion.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation number.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Digital products and personalised items are non-refundable unless they are defective.
